On 30th June 2025, our founder Tina Lyberaki had the pleasure of attending the graduation ceremony at Aiglon College. It was a proud and emotional moment as she met with teachers, parents and students and witnessed the graduation of six outstanding students from Athena Academia.
A particularly special moment was the graduation of Maria Sarfelt, whom Tina has personally tutored for the past seven years. Maria began her academic journey with Athena while studying at the International School of Monaco, before moving to Aiglon College five years ago. Her remarkable dedication and academic excellence were formally recognised at Aiglon, where she was awarded a place on the prestigious Honour Roll for maintaining a consistent grade average above 6 throughout the year.
In recognition of her achievements and longstanding relationship with Athena Academia, in 2023 Maria was named a Global Ambassador of the academy. In this new role, she shared her personal educational journey and experiences with current and prospective students, embodying the academic values and commitment to excellence that Athena Academia stands for.
